At Vetinn Pet Care, we value customer satisfaction. Order cancellation, withdrawal rights, and return processes are carried out under the following conditions.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please send your cancellation request to info@vetinnpetcare.com.
If your order has already been shipped, the return process will apply instead of cancellation.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To use the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to info@vetinnpetcare.com within the 14-day period.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused.
- The packaging, box, and any protective seal must be intact.
- The product must be suitable for resale.
- The invoice or order details must be provided with the return request.
- The product must be returned with all accessories and complementary parts, if any.
4. PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Returns may not be accepted for the following products:
- Opened packages
- Used products
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
- Products nearing or past their expiration date
- Products prepared according to the consumer’s special requests
- Products not suitable for resale
For pet care and support products, returns of opened or used items may not be accepted due to product safety and hygiene reasons.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe the product you received is damaged, incomplete, or defective, you must contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request product photos, packaging photos, and the order number to evaluate your claim.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return request is approved, you will be informed of the address and method for returning the product.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or not accepted.
7. REFUND
After the returned product reaches us, it will be checked for compliance with return conditions.
Once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
8. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs in withdrawal and return processes are evaluated based on the product condition, reason for return, and applicable regulations.
For defective, incomplete, or faulty products, no additional charges will be applied to the consumer after necessary review.
