Shipping fees, additional service charges (if any), and the total payment amount are shown to the buyer before completing the order.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:

- Products that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Perishable products or those with a short expiration date
- Products prepared according to the buyer’s special requests
- Products mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated
- Other products specified as exceptions under applicable legislation

For pet care and support products, returns of opened, used, or unsuitable items may not be accepted due to health and hygiene reasons.

8. RETURN CONDITIONS

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with its invoice, packaging, box, accessories, and all parts intact and undamaged.

Once the product reaches the seller, compliance with return conditions will be checked. If approved, the product price will be refunded using the same payment method used at purchase.

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
