1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the seller, whose details are provided below, and the buyer who places an electronic order via https://vetinnpetcare.com/.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the buyer via https://vetinnpetcare.com/.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential features, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and other details of the products are provided on the product page and the order confirmation screen.

The buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the product’s main characteristics, total sales price, payment method, delivery details, withdrawal rights, and other preliminary information before placing the order.

4. PAYMENT

The buyer pays the order amount using the payment methods offered on the website. Credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure.

The security of card information is ensured by the payment service provider. Vetinn Pet Care does not store sensitive payment details such as full card numbers or CVV/CVC codes in its systems.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the order. Delivery time may vary depending on product stock status, courier company, and delivery address.

The seller is obliged to deliver the ordered product to the buyer within legal timeframes. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, courier delays, or address/communication errors caused by the buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or a third party designated by them, without providing any reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice or notification via permanent data storage must be sent to the seller within the 14-day period.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:

- Products prepared according to consumer requests or personal needs
- Perishable products or those with a short expiration date
- Products unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene if packaging, seal, or protective elements are opened
- Products mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated
- Other products and services specified as exceptions under applicable legislation

For pet care and support products, returns of opened, used, damaged, or unsuitable items may not be accepted due to health and hygiene safety.

8. RETURN PROCESS

If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product must be returned to the seller. The returned product must include its invoice, box, packaging, accessories, and all complementary parts intact and undamaged.

The seller refunds the product price to the buyer within legal timeframes after receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase.

9. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the product information, price, payment and delivery conditions, withdrawal rights, and other preliminary information before placing the order.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the order. Delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the buyer.

10. SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS

The seller is obliged to deliver the ordered product in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and intact.

If the product cannot be supplied, the seller informs the buyer and refunds any collected payment within legal timeframes.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the buyer’s residence or where the consumer transaction took place are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

12. ENFORCEMENT

When the buyer completes their order via the website, they are deemed to have electronically read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
