Delivery and Return Conditions
1. Delivery Conditions

Orders are processed after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and product preparation time. Products are shipped to the delivery address specified during the order via contracted courier companies.

Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product, stock status, delivery address, and the operational processes of the courier company. Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped to the consumer within the legal period of 30 days at the latest.

If the package is found to be damaged, opened, crushed, or torn during delivery, it is recommended to request a report from the courier before accepting the product. The seller is responsible for any loss or damage until delivery is completed; however, if the consumer requests a different carrier than the one designated by the seller, responsibility may transfer once the product is handed over to that carrier.

2. Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is clearly stated on the order screen. Free shipping campaigns may be limited to certain amounts, products, or periods as specified in the campaign terms.

In return processes, shipping costs are generally not charged to the consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal. Returns must be sent using the contracted courier company and return code provided by the seller.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason or incurring penalties. The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the product.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before delivery. Withdrawal notifications must be made in writing or via permanent data storage tools such as email, website, or SMS. Notifications made by phone alone may not be sufficient for proof purposes.

4. Return Process

Consumers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify us in writing or via email within the 14-day period.

After the withdrawal notice reaches us, the consumer must return the product within 10 days. The seller is obliged to refund payments collected from the consumer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

The returned product should preferably be sent with its invoice, original packaging, accessories, promotional items, and all complementary parts. The product must not be used in a way that reduces its quality, functionality, or resale suitability.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase, without additional charges to the consumer.

5. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Under legal exceptions, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:

Customized products prepared according to consumer requests; perishable or short-expiry products; products unsuitable for return due to hygiene if packaging, seal, or protective elements are opened; digital content, computer supplies, books, CDs/DVDs once opened; services such as accommodation, transport, car rental, food/beverage supply, or events tied to specific dates; services started with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends.

6. Defective / Damaged Products

If the delivered product is defective, faulty, incomplete, or different from the order, the consumer may notify us to request replacement, return, or exercise other legal rights.

No shipping or additional costs are charged for defective product returns. After product inspection, the replacement or refund process will begin.

7. Return Address and Contact

Consumers must contact us first and obtain a return code before sending returns.
